Yes. For all single-stone diamonds weighing 1.0 carat or above, we provide independent certification from the International Gemological Institute (IGI). For smaller diamonds, we apply the same rigorous internal grading standards to ensure every stone meets our exacting requirements for cut, colour, and clarity.

Every Roses&Co. piece is delivered complimentary across the United Kingdom, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to arrival. In-stock jewellery is carefully prepared and dispatched within five working days. For made-to-order or out-of-stock pieces, please allow three to four weeks for crafting and delivery. Throughout the process, our concierge team provides personal updates, ensuring the same level of care and attention that defines every Roses&Co. creation.
We offer complimentary, fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery on all UK orders. Once your piece has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its journey to your door.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return your item within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags, packaging, and certificates intact. Please note that resized or personalised items are excluded from this policy.
